Please contact us within 3 days from the day you receive your order, and make sure this product is in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. Refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
If you paid by electronic means (credit card), the money will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on the requirements of each buyer's bank, the refund process may take up to a month to appear on the card statement.
